If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with y our order, you have a 21-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. For our sustainable fine jewelry, we approach the creation process with meticulous care. Each engagement ring, wedding band, and made-to-order fine jewelry design is meticulously crafted to match your finger size, stone size, and stone shape once your order is placed. When returning one of these special items, we follow a detailed process that involves unsetting the diamond(s) and recycling or restocking the materials. To cover the costs associated with this intricate process, we apply a restocking fee ranging from 10-25%. This fee is essential in upholding our commitment to sustainability and ensuring the integrity of our materials. Our in-stock ready-to-ship designs can be returned or exchanged without incurring a restocking fee. Some items are non-returnable, including personalized fine jewelry, rings that have been modified or resized, misused jewelry, items damaged by the customer or exhibiting signs of wear by the customer, jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler, and pieces custom-designed for a specific individual. Please be aware that we cannot facilitate exchanges for custom-designed, made-to-order, or special-order items. Additionally, please note that laboratory-grown loose diamond purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Each laboratory-grown loose diamond can be returned within 14 days of purchase if it is less than 4ct. The diamond must arrive in its original condition, accompanied by its original purchase receipt and its original Diamond Certificate, and should not have been previously set. Each customer is allowed one laboratory-grown loose diamond return, and the second laboratory-grown loose diamond purchased through EliteCreation.com is considered a final sale. Similarly, each mined loose diamond can be returned within 14 days of purchase if it is less than 2ct. The diamond must arrive in its original condition, accompanied by its original purchase receipt and its original Diamond Certificate, and should not have been previously set. Each customer is allowed one mined loose diamond return, and the second mined loose diamond purchased through EliteCreation.com is considered a final sale. You have the option to exchange each loose mined diamond purchase or laboratory-grown loose diamond purchase within 14 days of purchase.

Please be advised that Elite Creation does not offer reimbursement or refund for the initial shipping charges associated with product returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, please note that it is the client's responsibility to include images in their email to Elite Creation, illustrating any identified quality concerns with the product before initiating the return process.
